Designed by architect Tone Wheeler, Felton Homes' The Logic house shows just what contemporary architecture can achieve using the latest building materials, technology and design practices.
Logic’s urban industrial look has been created using Scyon™ Matrix™ cladding - an exterior cladding system that can be specified for both timber framed and steel framed structures.
Lightweight and versatile, Matrix cladding enables architects and designers to broaden the scope of their designs. Available in both square and rectangular panels that feature an expressed joint, Matrix cladding can be arranged horizontally, vertically or geometrically to fit with the design.
Matrix cladding also has the option of brad nailing to minimise visual interruption and its resistance to cracking, warping and swelling* means it can be painted in both dark and light colours. Sealed on all sides for durability and stability, Matrix cladding panels also come with a 10 year product warranty*.
The product can be used for a range of residential and medium density applications including external walls in composite construction, upper storey and ground level extensions, as well as internal feature walls.
*When installed and maintained correctly
