SUPER Anchor Safety have just released their Roof Deck RD-08 series of fall arrest anchors. The RD- 08 anchors are surface mounted for all roof or wall cladding applications involving plywood sheathing as the cladding substrate.
This is most common with Zinc & Copper architectural applications and low pitched membrane roof applications.
The RD-08 was specifically designed for simple, rapid application and fixed where required to the surface of the cladding or membrane with the supplied fixings.
The anchors remove the need to access the roof cavity or remove sheeting to source structural members. The anchors are manufactured from stainless steel and can now be coated in copper and zinc finishes to compliment the cladding. Powdercoating can also be applied to suit other metal roof colours as with all Super Anchor Products
The anchors are rated 15kN for single person fall arrest and can be installed in as little as two minutes by any ‘competent’ person. The Super Anchor range of roof anchors represents the most effective solution for the domestic and commercial markets providing outstanding aesthetic solutions.
