The project was the conversion of an existing three- storey office building using low energy sustainable features to achieve a solution that benefits the client, the new owners and the community.

Key Initiatives:

  • No air conditioning
  • Recessed balconies and manually adjustable aluminium louvres
  • Use of an isolated ceramic tile on the northern façade
  • Use of LED light fittings
  • Use of pre-finished engineered timber floors
