This will allow mortgage brokers to handover essential documentation to new homeowners instead of a folder with printed sheets or an email with attachments. It will also mean that the mortgage broker’s contact details are only a click away. Key dates can be set and set as reminders allowing simple home management. Once handed over the homeowner will have access to their most important loan and home information anywhere anytime.
