We’ve tried to include as much information as we can however we encourage you to contact us so that we can tell you if Acoustic Blinds and Curtains will work for you. Yes we offer samples for all of our blinds and curtains. It’s sometimes challenging to visualise how a fabric would work in a room setting so we encourage to order samples if you’re unsure. Note that samples are free, however there is a small charge for delivery. Contact us to request a colour sample and for custom colours or designs.
Yes - one of our install partners can install your curtain. Note that additional costs will apply. Please contact us directly by phone or email for more information.
All of our curtains are Australian made - and we’re proud of it!
Our Acoustic Curtains are made just for you and there are a number of steps involved. Our normal lead times for Acoustic Curtains is 4-6 weeks. See Your Product Journey. However lead times vary based on a number of factors including delivery times and installers schedules. Please contact us to confirm lead times for your order.
The minimum curtain size is 500mm width by 1000mm drop. There is no maximum curtain size. We’ve tried to include as much information as we can on each of the product pages however if you have any specific questions please contact us directly by phone or email.
All curtains are delivered as a finished product - ready to be installed. All curtains include brackets and a track. You will be able to customise these components and to add optional extras when you order your curtain.
To remove dust from the curtain we recommend closing the curtain fully and using a feather duster to lightly dust the curtain. If the curtain is marked and you want to clean a specific area use warm soapy water and dab with a damp cloth. Please don’t use heavy duty or industrial strength cleaning products or abrasive cleaners. Once you have cleaned the curtain, leave the curtain closed to dry naturally.

Yes. We offer blind motors, remotes and chargers for all our blinds. You can add this to your order under Product Options.

The minimum blind size is 100mm width by 100mm drop. The maximum depends on your blind material. Maximum width ranges from 3000-3100mm. Maximum drop ranges from 3200-3300mm. We’ve tried to include as much information as we can on each of the product pages however if you have any specific questions please contact us directly by phone or email.
All blinds are delivered as a finished product - ready to be installed. All blinds include a top bar with fittings, control chain (unless you have selected to motorise your blind) and base bar. You will be able to customise these components and to add optional extras when you order your blind.

How much does delivery cost in Australia?
All of our blinds and curtains are Australian made, so you can expect delivery within 1 month. During busy periods our delivery time frames can extend, however we will be sure to let you know if this is likely to happen.
The delivery company will leave you a card to get in touch with them and arrange for the order to be collected or re-delivered at another time.

We can deliver your sample to a PO Box, but we cannot deliver your blind or curtain to a PO Box. All of our blinds and curtains are delivered using freight companies, so we're unable to deliver to a PO Box address.
After you place your order, we will send you emails to keep you up to date with the progress of your blind or curtain. Once your blind or curtain is sent for delivery we will send you tracking details so you can track the delivery.
Unfortunately accidents in delivery do happen. If your blind or curtain is damaged in delivery please contact us directly by phone or email with photos of the damaged packaging, blind or curtain and we'll organise to have the damaged blinds or curtains replaced.
We’re confident in the quality of our products so we offer a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Unfortunately not. Because all of our blinds and curtains are made just for you - we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
