Accent International is happy to announce that its Australian manufactured tapware has achieved ratings of three, four and six stars.
The WELS Scheme was introduced in 2005 to increase the water efficiency of taps and other products in order to combat long term water shortages. It is a 6 star rating scheme, with 6 stars as the highest rating. Products are stringently tested and those with 6 stars achieve 3 or more times water efficiency as those with 0 stars.
Accent manufactures its tapware products in Australia from high quality materials to provide a consistent product with superior finish. It has obtained WELS ratings for its laundry and kitchen sink sets, basin sets and spouts.
The following ranges of taps are available with a 3 star, 4 star or 6 star rating dependant on customer requirements:

- Geo
- Geo Viva
- Malmo
- Q Series
- Richmond, and
- Richmond Lever
3 star tapware is kept in stock, whilst the 4 star and 5 star taps are readily available to order at no additional cost.
The Intamix Geo Viva tap range is also now available with 4 and 6 star ratings. Where previously this range had zero WELS stars, the 4 star rated version now provides an efficient 7 litres of water flow per minute.
Accent provides tapware for projects of any size, however small or big and is able to cater to special design requirements. Accent aims to complete each project within any budget and time constraints.
