The design of these ball type valves from All Valve Industries incorporates all AYBA recommended materials. They are constructed from all bronze wetted metallic components and the chromium plated bronze ball is long lasting and resistant to damage from marine growth.
Apollo full flow sea flange valves have large flow ports and RPTFE seats and seals. There are no thumb screws to create a seal and they have an easy on-off operation. A winterizing drain plug and stainless steel lever and nut are part of the compact and streamlined design. No lubrication is needed with this valve and a bonding screw comes as standard.
Apollo also manufactures an economy version of this product which contains all of the same features and is also constructed from bronze. The only difference is that the economy version has a standard port design.
