The award-winning North Fitzroy Library & Community Hub is constructed over three storeys and has a 6 Green Star rating.
Designed by Group GSA with a strong focus on user experience and flexibility, this community facility features VoglFuge perforated plasterboard ceiling panels that provide excellent acoustic performance in the mixed-use library space.
With its Group 1 Fire Rating and GECA certification, VoglFuge was able to achieve the highest level of environmentally sustainable design.
VoglFuge ceiling panels also provided the aesthetic look desired by Group GSA, with seamless perforations complementing the external façade design.
Lighting, vents and access panels were seamlessly integrated into the design, creating a timeless style that is attractive and functional.
