Emandar Group, a boutique developer focusing on prime waterfront locations in south east Queensland, commissioned Ausco Modular to build a sales office at the site of their new Sentosa Waters Paradise Island development.
The brief required the sales office to be a representation of Emandar Group’s professionalism and provide future residents with a vision of their waterfront future. Working with the client, Ausco Modular’s sales team chose a stylish and practical site office featuring a versatile design that allowed for enhancements and tailored furnishings to reflect Emandar’s professional image. Modern finishes with industrial strength were included to accentuate the style while providing dependable durability.
Some of the design highlights of the two-room modular office include a spectacular entry, with glass sliding doors opening the office up to the waterfront and filling the office with natural light; display area for the large scale model and photos; plenty of space to accommodate customer meetings; and insular wall panelling allowing discussions between the client and their customers without disruption from the surrounding construction.
The site office also features professional landscaping using sandstone and a mix of tropical and flowering shrubs to create a welcoming streetscape for customers.
