Ausco Modular designed, constructed and installed a new clubhouse at the Kalgoorlie Golf Course, one of the top 10 desert golf courses in the world. The new $18 million, 18-hole Kalgoorlie Golf Course is designed by Graham Marsh.
Working in collaboration with leading golfing professionals and designers, Ausco Modular broke the mould of traditional modular buildings by creating a visually pleasing and highly functional clubhouse, ideal for members and patrons.
Featuring high ceilings and a bright and airy Vertex design, the clubhouse allows plenty of natural light inside. The spacious clubhouse is equipped with a fully functional pro-shop, restaurant and bar, commercial kitchen, as well as change rooms, showers, toilets and full disabled access for its guests.
The impressive bar and dining room, a spacious light-filled area set off by the raked ceiling, provides a stunning and relaxed atmosphere.
Being a modular project, the clubhouse was built offsite and transported to the golf course for installation.
