Australian Lock Company has developed a unique solution for Bilock camlocks that provides additional security for high volume, high usage installations.
SlamCam features a U-shaped channel that is more resilient to bending under force, and is designed to provide up to 15mm of engagement behind the striker plate on the door jamb. Additional security is provided by deadlocking the U-shaped channel bolt.
This design means that doors and drawers can be deadlocked shut without the need for a key, making it ideal for securing high volume, high usage installations as it enables quicker clearance times. Additionally, wear and tear on locks and keys is also reduced.
Suitable for virtually all Bilock camlocks, SlamCam can be retrofitted into existing installations in 90 seconds, and has been cycle tested to 100,000 operations without failure.
