Porcelain floor tiles from Beaumont Tiles were specified for a boutique apartment complex in Hamilton, QLD.
Developed by Frasers Property, Newport Apartments represents a blend of innovative architectural design and high quality construction workmanship. The exclusive project epitomises luxury in every feature with the design taking inspiration from the Brisbane River and natural surrounds including grey mangroves.
While the quiet and calming qualities of the lobby, circulation spaces and communal facilities are derived from the unique ecosystem found in the intricate mesh of mangrove roots, the building’s softly undulating façade form references the shape of the water in the river.
Beaumont Tiles supplied their porcelain floor tiles for the living areas, kitchen and bathrooms of each apartment. Basaltina Dark Grey and Basaltina Ivory 298x600 porcelain floor tiles were installed in the apartments.
