Several products from Innova™ were specifically selected by the builder for a triple townhouse project in Geelong, VIC.
Designed by a local architect and built by First Earth Consulting for a private developer, the residential project consisted of 3 two-storey townhouses. A variety of Innova™ cladding products was chosen by the builder for use internally and externally.
According to Ben Sanderson, Project Manager, First Earth Consulting, they selected Nuline™ Plus, Duratex™, Duraliner™ and Duralattice™ for the facade as well as Compressed for floors in wet areas for the Geelong townhouse project. He explained that he was constantly on the lookout for solutions to improve his bottom line without compromising design. Using Innova™ products represented a win for the developer as he gained from higher marketability by offering a low maintenance product; correspondingly, the homeowner also gained from getting a low maintenance product that will last for years.
Ben says the product doesn’t rot and holds paint well. For builders too, the product is a winner because it’s easy to install, readily available and also looks good. He adds that he enjoys using the Innova™ range as it’s a well-designed system that produces less wastage on site.
