Saw Constructions needed to achieve an FRL of 60/60/60 and Rw+Ctr of 50 for the intertenancy walls at their townhouse project in Keysborough.
After exploring multiple options, the client settled on GTEK Protect from BGC Plasterboard for all 110 two-storey townhouses.
GTEK Protect is a double wall system that incorporates fire-resistant 25mm plasterboard panels within the wall cavity.
