Lift & slide glazed doors from BINQ were extensively used in a new home with waterfront views in Noosa, Queensland, facilitating a connection with the beautiful outdoors.
Located in the coveted river suburb of Noosa Sound, mere minutes from Hastings Street, this waterfront block has stunning views of the waterways and national park. Features such as large stacking doors, internal gardens as well as a material palette based on natural stone and timber allow indoor-outdoor living with a seamless connection to the outdoors.
The Noosa Sound house features nine lift & slide doors, including a huge 14-metre bi part stacking lift & slide door. No expense was spared when it came to the selection of high quality materials and finishes.
With thermal efficiency in mind, BINQ’s Archetto series was specified for most of the project, which gave the client flexibility in design with large scale openings, without compromising the thermal performance of this home.
