The new report from BIS Shrapnel reveals some surprising opportunities around the corner for builders.
According to the 2013 Report, the value of all national building commencements is forecast to grow 3% in 2013/14. Growth in new house construction (+2%), alterations and additions (+2%), and non-dwelling building (7%) is also forecast for this year. The value of all building commencements will grow by a further 3% in 2014/15.
