Architects working on the display home project at the Townsville Golf Course specified Breezway Altair louvre windows to maximise ventilation as well as allow glorious views onto the golf course.

The Fairways display home at the Townsville Golf Course in Townsville, Far North Queensland combines a contemporary architectural style with an edgy seventies-themed fit-out, setting it apart from the rest.

Designed by Outcrop Architects, the display home features a floor plan that cleverly separates living modules with the kitchen at the core of all of these activity zones and overlooking a magnificent tropical outdoor garden. Elevated floor levels offer views extending over the rear terrace and the 14th Fairway.

Standout features of this display home also include Western Red Cedar timber boards and highly polished Italian floor tiles.

Breezway Altair louvre windows were specified for the home to provide ventilation through wide open louvres that also offer glorious views out onto the golf course.
