A range of vandal resistant and compliant sanitary fixtures from Britex was specified for the Middle Park Foreshore Amenities building in Victoria.
Commissioned by the Port Phillip City Council, the amenities building designed by Gregory Burgess Architects and built by ADM Structures features a range of stainless steel fixtures and fittings from Britex. The Middle Park Beach Amenities was a signature ESD project for the Council, providing a benchmark of efficient design in public amenity buildings.
Britex’s team in Victoria worked with the architect and builder to supply the sanitary fixtures, which are constantly specified for public amenities and a popular and reliable option for Council applications.
Stainless steel fixtures for the project included:
Britex stainless steel vandal resistant standard (PC) and accessible toilet pans (PCD); raised profile actuator and in wall cistern (FIW-D); Britex stainless steel accessible hand basin (HBDA); and Britex stainless steel vandal resistant Grandeur hand basin complete with radiused edge (HBGU).
