Serving the timber industry since 1978, Cedar Sales has grown from a small work shed to one of the largest Western Red Cedar manufacturers in Australia, supplying nation wide in flitch sales, mouldings and custom machining.
As a family based company, Cedar Sales has committed themselves to precision in machining and quality control. As a result, there is a unique range of profiles and services available in Western Red Cedar and many other species. The Production Division is also highly trained in custom services.
Born and bred in Brisbane, Cedar Sales steadily outgrew its premises which led them to building a purpose built manufacturing plant on a 5 acre site in Ipswich – 20 minutes south of Brisbane, in December 2005.
The new plant enables Cedar Sales to hold larger stock volumes, air season Western Red Cedar, perform efficient machining systems and provide better customer services.
