The entire exterior of the apartments is covered in Cemintel® Territory cladding to capture the essence of the building’s coastal location. The woodgrain texture of Territory Woodlands Smoked was paired with the masonry look of Territory Quarry Urban Grey in this exterior cladding application.
Territory Woodlands Smoked, a classic cladding panel, has an authentic woodgrain texture that achieves a natural look with enhanced durability. This is paired with the raw grey concrete look and subtle dimpled texture of Territory Quarry Urban Grey, helping the apartments seamlessly blend into the natural environment with a refreshing neutral palette and organic aesthetic.
