Zinc cladding from Craft Metals was installed on the face of the western walls of the QUT Creative Industries Precinct in Kelvin Grove, QLD.
The facade system comprising of interlocking panels V25 is in prePATINA Blue Grey Zinc.
QUT’s strong commitment to sustainability is showcased by the significant six-storey building, which is built to a Five Star Green Star rating. Though the eastern facade is fully glazed, the use of zinc cladding minimises the entry of heat into the building.
