Located on Level 6, 303 Collins Street, Maxcap’s new 400m² Melbourne office presented several design challenges, given that the space curved with the contour of the building and required creative floor layouts and construction techniques. The client also sought a spacious feel to the space. Another challenge was the time factor, with all the interior works required to be completed within a short period.
To meet the client’s requirement for spaciousness, exposed ceilings and glass partitioning were selected to provide an open airy feeling. Criterion’s Platinum 90 glass partitions in satin black powdercoat finish provided the perfect finishing touch to the office.
