Glazed partitioning from Criterion Industries was installed at the Australian Post building in Strawberry Hills, Redfern NSW to create an atmosphere of space.
Located at 219-241 Cleveland Street, the Australia Post building went through a refurbishment project involving a base-building upgrade of the entire space spread across 33,000 square metres including replacement of all existing services, plant and equipment. A staged 10,000m² integrated fit-out will be carried out concurrently with the other phases of work being undertaken.
The project also included replacing the facade, adding a new steel/glass colonnade and portal entry to the building, and extensive landscaping. The project is targeting 5 Star NABERS Energy Base Building; 5 Star NABERS Energy Tenancy; 5 Star Green Star Design; 5 Star Green Star As Built; and 5 Star Green Star Interiors.
