The super durable Duratec Elements is featured in a custom colour on a residential building in Melbourne.
Designed by Bates Smart for Lendlease, the 90-metre residential tower located at 1 Collins Wharf within the Victoria Harbour Precinct at the junction of Bourke and Collins Streets, features Duratec Elements in a custom colour called Natural Steel Grey Pearl.
The robust mar-resistant textured finish has been used on the building’s fins along with Duratec Zeus Black Matt on the curtain walls. These were fabricated and powdercoated by G. James Glass & Aluminium to add to the impressive exterior.
Duratec Elements is a range of distinctive textured finishes from Dulux Powder Coatings, formulated to withstand the elements.
