BHP Group owns and operates the Olympic Dam mine in remote South Australia, which has one of the world’s most significant deposits of copper, uranium, gold and silver precious metals.

BHP constructed a 4,000m² surface change facility where over 4000 workers can shower and change before and after their shift. Daily flights to and from Adelaide transport FIFO workers, and the adjacent Olympic Dam mining centre and Roxby Downs township service the mine and house its workforce.
