When using Durra Panel for standard interior doors up to 920mm wide, the cut-out can be formed from a single panel.
For doors and windows wider than 1187mm, space the cut-out equally across two panels, where possible.
Allow enough space for both the door or window and the jamb. Ensure all cut edges are properly resealed with Durra aluminium sealing tape.
Trim the perimeter of the cut-out with Durra Single Channel to provide a solid fixing for the jamb and architrave.
