Helping to manage energy loss and moisture, costly issues facing homeowners, Dow PIR Tuff-R insulation boards have one of the highest insulation values of any foam sheathing.
Dow Tuff-R is a closed cell PIR foam core sandwiched between two durable, aluminium foil exterior facers. Air cannot penetrate the facers, minimising water and water vapour intrusion into the foam insulation core. This enables the foam R-value to stabilise at a higher value.
Dow PIR Tuff-R insulation board is available in widths of 1219mm and lengths of 2235mm and has BCA Class 1 AS3837 fire rating. It is also Green Star compliant, has no CFC or HCFC.
