Enviro HP1200, a solvent-free polyurethane waterproofing membrane system from Envirosystems Technologies was selected for the prestigious One Central Park project in Sydney.
Developed as a joint venture by Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia with Watpac Constructions serving as the managing contractor, the iconic One Central Park was completed in December 2013. The green building, which is known for its vertical hanging gardens on the facade, is one of Sydney’s newest downtown destinations.
Waterproofing by Envirosystems
Enviro HP1200, a two component, spray applied, solvent free and flexible polyurethane waterproofing membrane from Envirosystems was specified for waterproofing several areas of the building including internal wet areas, plant rooms, podiums, planter boxes and roof deck areas. One of Envirosystems’ most popular waterproofing technologies, Enviro HP1200 was selected for One Central Park based on similar applications at tier one construction projects around Australia.
The Enviro HP1200 polyurethane waterproofing membrane system is formulated to provide high elasticity as well as tensile and tear strengths in addition to excellent abrasion resistance. The low VOC, no solvent based odourless system complies with the latest Australian Standards for external aboveground waterproofing, and is Australian made for Australian conditions.
Enviro HP1200’s environment-friendly technology was also perfectly aligned with the green design objectives of this landmark project.
