Era Polymers is pleased to announce that they now have a permanent presence in New Zealand, following the acquisition of Pacific Urethanes NZ Limited (in receivership).
Era Polymers, a privately owned business which has been manufacturing polyurethane intermediates for 25 years, supplies products to over 50 countries all over the world.
The polyurethane intermediate company has two state of the art manufacturing sites in Sydney that are supported by a team of industrial chemists that are located at Administration and R&D Centres. This ensures that Era Polymers remains a key supplier to the global market for polyurethane materials into the future.
Their product portfolio includes:
- Rigid and flexible polyurethane foams
- Diverse range of cast elastomer prepolymers
- Spray polyurethane products
- Polyureas
- Rubber binders
- Polyurethane coatings; and
- Dispensing equipment
It is expected that this acquisition will offer Era Polymers a strong platform on which they can further support New Zealand business, by combining the flexibility of local manufacturing and local knowledge with a high level of polyurethane expertise.
