Now available from Era Polymers , Eraspray ESP950 is a polyurethane/polyurea hybrid protective coating that has been manufactured for a range of applications for over 20 years.
The chemical backbone of Eraspray ESP950 makes it an ideal protective coating for conditions ranging from complete outdoor exposure to total immersion in salt water.
To apply Eraspray ESP950 to concrete sewarage pipes one must first grit blast the concrete to remove contaminants and provide a rough surface. Following this the pipe should be primed with Futrabond 415, also available from Era Polymers, using a roller. Allow this to dry before spray applying the Eraspray ESP950 polyurethane/polyurea protective coating at a thickness of approximately 4mm.
