Fujitsu General has introduced a
new range of ultra-compact high performance air conditioners to their Variable
Refrigerant Airflow (VRF) line-up. Designed to suit both residential and
commercial indoor spaces, the new AIRSTAGE J-II S series offers a compact air
conditioning solution with a 25 per cent reduction in height when compared with
the J-II series models.
This compact design allows the
Fujitsu J-II S series to be discreetly installed on apartment balconies as well
as in townhouse courtyards where minimal visibility is preferred.
From a functional perspective,
the new Fujitsu AIRSTAGE J-II S series air conditioners boast significant enhancements
to energy efficiency including optimised inverter control, DC fan motor and a
compact and high efficiency heat exchanger. Fujitsu’s specially designed DC
twin rotary compressor in the new series incorporates a high efficiency
compressor motor and optimised refrigerant flow design. These enhancements deliver
greater efficiency on all operating loads with significant improvements at part
load operation.
Key features of the new AIRSTAGE
J-II S series air conditioning systems include modified outdoor fan design and a
new aerodynamically designed airflow grille increasing the efficiency of the
outdoor unit, reducing airflow loss and minimising operating noise; low noise
function reducing noise rating by up to -3dB to suit residential installations;
choice of three capacity sizes – 14kW, 15.1kW and 12.1kW; and 5-year parts and
labour warranty for residential installations, and 3-year parts and labour
warranty for commercial applications.
Outdoor units can be linked to
multiple indoor units: Outdoor units on the 14kW and 15.1kW models can connect
up to eight indoor units, while 12.1kW models can pair up to seven indoor
units. With 12 types of indoor units available in a wide capacity range from
2.2kW to 14kW, there is a diverse selection of 53 models to suit a wide range
of needs.
A standardised range of
individual and central control options meets the needs of any residential or
commercial project.
