Carpets from GH Commercial including a custom solution were installed at the Holiday Inn on Flinders Street, VIC as part of a comprehensive refurbishment of the hotel designed by Wilson & Hill Architects to improve the guest experience with modern style and functionality.
GH Commercial’s York Street 100% wool broadloom carpet was installed in all the guest bedrooms, bathrooms and suites to meet the brief of providing comfort to guests. The York Street carpet creates a defined dimensional texture that offers unmistakable class, with marvellous softness underfoot.
Complementing the guestroom carpet is the Feltex custom woven Axminster carpet installed throughout the corridors. Featuring a vibrant colour palette, the bespoke carpet not only lifts the Melbourne interior but also assures a high level of durability to stand the test of heavy patronage for years to come.
Made from a rich blend of premium wools, the custom woven Axminster combines traditional weaving skills with state-of-the-art technology.
