TVN is committed to closing the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous employment rates in Australia. On-Country has created a program, called On-Country Pathways, which provides work experience, training and education for Indigenous youth, enabling them to secure meaningful employment in the construction industry. The On-Country goal is to create more opportunities for future generations.
