The Huwil range of remote controlled overhead flap fittings is now on display at the Hafele stand at Australia’s premier design and architecture exhibition, DesignEX 2010.
With the trend in furniture design is shifting from doors to flaps, especially in the kitchen, the Huwil range of overhead flap fittings is an ideal solution to even the trickiest applications.
The range of remote controlled overhead flap fittings on display are named ‘E’- for electronic, the E-Senso for two-piece bifold flaps, the E-Verso and E-Strato for one piece flaps.
Each product features a programmable push button remote control that can be programmed to operate up to five doors or flaps at once. Furthermore, in the event of power failure the flap can be operated manually.
All of these overhead flap fittings have a quiet drive operation and soft closing action, with an obstacle detection sensor which operates an auto-stop on both sides when an action is obstructed.
Visitors to the Hafele DesignEX stand, number 1240, can also view a wide range of other products including the Grass Sensomatic electromechanical drawer system, and the SolarLux SL60E thermally insulated bi-folding doors, for stylish indoor and outdoor living.
DesignEX 2010 runs from April 22-24 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour.
