Three different timber flooring products from Havwoods were included in the bespoke design finishes specified for a luxury apartment development in Cronulla, New South Wales.
Designed by Innovate Architects and Plus Architecture Interiors, the Pavilion Cronulla project involved the redevelopment of three separate residential apartment blocks into a single consolidated building consisting of 28 luxury residential apartments and four commercial lots. The design brief sought to provide a high-quality, high-end boutique offering to the Cronulla market.
Available in a mixed configuration of two- and three-bedroom units, the upscale apartments consist of bespoke design finishes that contribute to a neutral colour palette, providing a sense of openness and relaxation.
Innovate Architects and Plus Architecture Interiors opted for three different Havwoods timber flooring products – V Collection Croydon, V Collection Ryde and Pureplank Tours.
“The combination of criteria led to the selection of Havwoods. The quality and excellence of the apartments aligned with the Havwoods product design, reliability and colour range,” says Maureece, development manager.
Bespoke finishes and fittings specified for the luxury apartments also included Turkish natural stone on the floor and walls of the bathroom and laundry, Caesarstone benchtops and splashbacks in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom, custom joinery in a combination of veneer and polyurethane finishes, top-of-the-range Miele appliances, and Astra Walker fixtures and fittings throughout.
