A long-held family apartment welcomes a new generation Bonner Avenue Project. Handed down through decades, the old apartment was transformed by Sunday Homes into a light-filled, warm, and inviting coastal retreat.
The standout feature of this project is the open-plan living space, a significant transformation from the previously boxy, closed-off area. The newly combined kitchen and dining space now offers an expansive feel. A beautiful mirror is strategically installed to reflect the ocean, allowing the stunning view to be appreciated from the kitchen – truly a magical addition.
Hyde Plank from the Luxe Collection was utilised to seamlessly connect the kitchen, dining and living areas. Complementary materials and finishes were incorporated throughout, ensuring a consistent and cohesive aesthetic.
Given the property's location within a bustling apartment complex, stringent acoustic requirements were crucial to minimise noise transmission. Havwoods' flooring solutions played a pivotal role in achieving these standards while maintaining the project's aesthetic integrity.
