Sync bathroom pods from Hickory Group were installed in a tall apartment tower in Melbourne to overcome logistical challenges and simplify the build process.
A 224-metre tower located in central Melbourne CBD, 568 Collins comprises of 588 apartments over 65 levels. The use of Sync bathroom pods on this tall and narrow tower provided numerous benefits in trade coordination, materials delivery, project management, vertical transportation and safety by removing up to 12 bathroom trades from the compact project site and the project’s critical path.
A Hickory construction project, the tower was designed by Bruce Henderson Architects for the developer, Stamoulis Group.
Hickory Group supplied 794 bathrooms for the project across seven different typologies.
