Prefabricated bathrooms from Sync by Hickory Group were installed at the new Forge Apartments (Tower 10) project, built, developed and designed by Mirvac in Melbourne.
Located in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct, Mirvac’s Forge Tower is a 30-level residential building comprising of 288 apartments. Having recognised the value addition that modular bathrooms could bring to the project's quality and sustainability program, Mirvac engaged Sync to supply 366 fully-fitted bathroom pods.
Offering 19 different pod variations, the prefabricated Sync bathrooms feature designer finishes including 3.5mm thin porcelain floor and wall panels, matt black tapware and LED backlit vanities. The luxe aesthetic is further enhanced by the use of reflective glass feature walls, semi frameless shower screens, wall hung toilet pans, and concealed cisterns.
