Melbourne-based lighting company ISM Objects has introduced a new range of ceiling lights to its award-winning collection.
The stylish new Cloche ceiling light is inspired by the garden cloche that covers and protects fragile plants, and is designed to provide the same sense of security and comfort within a range of interior environments. The spherical form of the light casts a warm protective glow, enhancing the feeling of wellbeing within a room.
A unique entity within the Australian design and retail sector, ISM Objects was founded by Celina Clarke and Simon Christopher more than 25 years ago. The company manufactures all of its lighting in its Melbourne factory with three quarters of its collection designed in-house and the remaining through collaborations with other Australian designers. ISM’s lighting designs have been exhibited around the world with its Madam Ruby lamp earning a position in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
Key features of ISM’s Cloche ceiling lights include spun aluminium construction; choice of three sizes - small diameter 350mm, medium diameter 500mm and large diameter 800mm; standard exterior colours include Signal Orange, Quartz Grey and Marine, all with white interior; custom colours provided on request; and powerful LED lamp source in 3000K or 4000K, with dimming options available.
