Chopin, the new mechanical keypad from Basalte is now available for your home. Much like the virtuoso Frédéric Chopin who inspired its name, the keypad is highly versatile in its repertoire and can be used to intuitively dim the lights, control the shades or let your favourite music enter the room.
The keypad’s front cover comes in the same high-end finishes and colours as all other Basalte products, including aluminium, bronze, brass and more, while the levers are available in three different finishes – black aluminium, chrome and gold plated. Altogether, this stunning collection offers the perfect keypad to meet any design theme or palette.
Chopin keypads are available in 1- and 2-gang versions. Per gang, one or two levers are fitted, with or without an integrated RGB LED. Chopin levers can also be matched to minimalist Basalte sockets for a consistent look.
Chopin keypads can be directly integrated with KNX control systems. It is also available as a low voltage momentary dry contact closure version to seamlessly integrate with any control system. Integrations with Crestron and Lutron systems are expected soon.
