The Ritek® XL Wall® and XL Thermal Wall® systems, installed, reinforced and concrete filled on site to achieve loadbearing walls that are fire and sound rated for multi-storey structures.
Ritek® XL Wall and Ritek® XL Thermal Wall, complies with the BCA 2016 Volume One: Spread of fire, Fire-resisting construction, Fire separation and Protection. The Ritek XL wall has also been tested by CSIRO, Materials Science and Engineering to AS 1530.4:2005 - Methods for fire tests on building materials, components and structures; Fire-resistance test of elements of construction. Ritek® 165XL Wall is permitted for use where a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) of 240/240/240 minutes is required. Certification has been issued by CodeMark for Ritek® XL Wall, in accordance with AS 3600-2009.
In addition to the fire credentials above the Austhane PIR 45 panel used in the insulating lining material on the exterior site of the Ritek XL Thermal Wall® has been tested by AWTA product testing in accordance with AS/NZS 1530.3-1999 and achieves a spread of flame index of 0.
