The Kalzip Business Unit is an international company which is an enterprise within Tata Steel Europe (formerly Corus), now part of Tata Steel. Tata Steel is one of the world’s top ten steel producers and a Fortune 500 company, with over 80,000 employees across five continents.
Kalzip was first launched onto the market in 1968. Since the very first project, the Nürnberg Concert Hall, over 85 million square meters of Kalzip standing seam profiled sheets have been fitted to roofs and facades around the world.
In addition to their original factory in Germany, which is still operational today, Kalzip have four more manufacturing facilities located in China, Singapore, the UK and USA, plus numerous sales offices around the world.
Corus Building Systems Pte Ltd (the former name of Kalzip Asia Pte Ltd) was founded in Singapore in 1999. Since then, Kalzip have successively expanded their presence with sales offices in Hong Kong, China, Australia, India and some branch offices in various cities and 2 production facilities in Singapore and Guangzhou China respectively.
