Kennards Hire announces the start of their annual charity initiative,
Kennards for Kids.
Kicking off on the 1st of September, the unique charity initiative from Kennards
Hire aims to raise funds for carefully selected children’s charities towards
making life a little easier for sick, injured or disadvantaged kids around
Australia and New Zealand.
To be held throughout September and October, the nationwide Kennards for
Kids charity drive will also raise awareness for various children’s charities.
Being a family-owned business, Kennards Hire is passionate about
providing kids with the best start in life. As part of the Kennards for Kids
initiative, the company will donate $2 for every equipment hire made during
September and October. Last year’s drive resulted in a healthy donation of $300,000
by Kennards Hire to various children’s charities and organisations around Australia
and New Zealand.
Kennards Hire CEO Allen Besseling believes that kids should be given every
chance at success in life by breaking negative cycles early on. He explained
that the Kennards for Kids campaign was started to enable the company help the
youth in the community realise their potential.
This year’s drive will support several charities including Stepping
Stone House, Kids Xpress, Variety - the Children’s Charity, the Constable Care
Foundation and the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Kennards Hire urges business organisations and the local community to extend
their support for Kennards for Kids by visiting their local Kennards Hire
outlet and hiring equipment for their spring-clean, building or renovation
project throughout September and October.
