Several fire seals from Kilargo were installed in the apartments at the Soul Surfers Paradise towers on the Gold Coast.
At 243 metres, Soul is the second tallest building on the Gold Coast, behind the Q1. Designed by DBI Design and built by Grocon Constructions, the tall residential tower is located on the corner of Cavill Avenue and The Esplanade in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.
The building includes 288 apartments on 77 floors and 5,700m² of retail space.
Working with Pryme Pty Ltd, Kilargo supplied a range of perimeter seals and door bottom seals that were mostly installed to the apartment entry doors to provide safety and comfort to residents.
Kilargo products used at Soul included IS1212 Flexi-Wing perimeter seals, IS7025si perimeter seals, IS8010si automatic door bottom seals and IS8090si automatic door bottom seals.
