The Carton Factory is a stylish new office hub repurposed from an old decommissioned factory, with the extensive renovation designed by BJB Architects creating a contemporary space. Kingspan’s trapezoidal roof panels were specified to lend a sleek edge to the new office space, providing the project with a superior solution compared to conventional multi-part site assembled systems.
Located in the industrial precinct of Leichhardt in Sydney’s inner west, this new commercial office hub includes individual office spaces, common areas, kitchen facilities and vast open spaces to capture natural light.
Kingspan’s KS1000RW trapezoidal roof system was specified for the renovation project for its quick installation, reduced manual labour requirement (ideal for projects with limited space in suburban areas), as well as compliance with thermal building regulations.
Now available with Factory Applied Weather Seal (FAWS), the KS1000RW system also provides The Carton Factory with a continuous weathertight seal for the roof.
