The Masters Enclave is a stunning single level residence overlooking The Pines golf course in Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast, and featuring a streamlined, uninterrupted linear aesthetic. Natural stone and vertical timber form the two low set pavilions of the house designed by Joe Adsett Architects.
Knotwood’s 50 x 50 spotted gum battens have been used on the facade to bring a clean linear texture to the building. Chosen for their durability, the vertical timber look aluminium battens from Knotwood effectively disguise the garage door by effortlessly integrating with the building’s sculptural element.
The strong, linear lengths create a canvas for the play of light and shadows. The curving lines soften the building’s impact and bring a sense of flow and harmony.
