Chill On Ice Lounge, Melbourne’s newest venue, uses a range of customised LED lighting products from LedFX to create the right atmosphere for the below zero temperatures in the Chill On Ice Lounge and the Funk Bar.
The bar is fitted out with a range of LED lighting products. Waterlite Bubble Tubes, EdgeLed Halo and DicroLed RGB spot lights offer the whole venue a full RGB remote controlled multi-coloured changing effect and give them any atmosphere they want.
The EdgeLed Halo LED strip lights, which are only 12mm x 12 mm, were modified to fit underneath and light more than 30 tonnes of ice. DicroLed RGB spotlights were used to light the sculptures and the shelving behind both bars.
All LED lighting products have a long life, running 60,000 hours or more. That’s years of continuous use. As with all LED lighting products, they are environmentally friendly. They contain no mercury or sodium. All LED lighting products run on a low voltage, with low to zero heat radiation and no UV emissions. They are also moisture and impact resistant.
