Magnetic Automation recently installed six MCG cantilever gates at a
wastewater treatment plant to protect valuable assets.
A key objective of the installation was to prevent the entry of unauthorised
vehicles into the water treatment site. The cantilever gates installed at the site
have a high duty cycle to allow for continuous operation and gate speeds of up
to 600mm per second for utmost efficiency.
MCG cantilever gates are ideal for worksites as
they don’t require overhanging or ground tracks for installation. The gates can
also be supplied in a hot dip galvanised finish for maximum protection and
increased lifespan.
