The new courthouse in downtown Newcastle NSW is drawing attention for the large expanse of glass and wood used in the building.
Designed by COX Architecture, the new Newcastle Courthouse replaces the former courthouse building with a modern and functional facility to meet the city’s growing needs.
The new courthouse features ProdEX natural wood panels by Prodema that work together with glass to create a standout visual experience. The design aims to humanise the court experience with special care taken to integrate user-friendly building services.
