The Pence Union Building of Eastern Washington University underwent a full renovation in 2018. The building was redesigned and modernised, creating spacious, light-filled areas that utilise natural materials.
Maintenance-free Parklex Prodema natural wood cladding features on the soffit and exterior, providing warmth and the beauty of wood. The renewed design has won multiple awards.
